At each of your visit at our Spa, a personalized diagnosis will enable us to tailor facials and treatments that will meet your needs and wishes perfectly.

We recommend you arrive 5 minutes early for your appointment.

This will give you the time to get ready and enjoy your full session.

Please note, any late arrival will impact the duration of the treatment.

For your convenience, robes, towels, disposable sandals and underwear are at your disposal.

SKIN Studio and Spa is a quiet and relaxing space. We ask you to switch your phones off to maintain a peaceful space for everyone.

A 30% prepayment will be asked to secure your booking.

Please let us know at least 6 hours before your appointment if you want to cancel or reschedule to ensure the reimbursement of the booking.

In case of no-show or late cancellation, you will be charged for the appointment.

Payment can be made by credit card, cheque and cash.

Gift Card

You can purchase a gift card with the amount of your choice or the treatment of your choice.

They are valid for a year from the purchase date.

If you don’t live in Les Sables d’Olonne and wish to purchase a gift card, you can order online and pay via Pay Pal or call us for any help.
